As a result of the work of lawyers, were obtained evidence, documented and non-disputed by anyone, that Mineev was not the owner (shareholder, beneficiary, owner) of houses as well as companies on which they were registered. Mineev was related to the objects of real estate until 2006, then sold them to his business partner Vankov Constantine, and left for permanent residence to London. There, he divorced with his wife and lost her a claim for division of property, and then decided to return to Moscow.
Vankov never advertise the fact that he is the final person in the chain of corporate control over the objects. Mineev conversely, returning from London began to abuse alcohol and talk to random people that all the properties are his own, and with this he brought troubles upon himself.
Murder of Mineev shocked all the people who knew him. From the outset, the disappeared General Director of "Eurasia" (management, real estate company) Karamatov B.K. fell under suspicion. It was obvious that the murder is somehow connected with the raider seizure; this is why in their initial interrogation Vankov and some other persons from among the managers stated, without referring to any documents or evidence that the ultimate owner was Mineev. Subsequently, representatives of Mineev mother received an official reply from the registration agent of the parent company in Hong Kong that Mineev wasn't related to it, and Vankov Constantine owns it. Addressing him, and to backing up their arguments documentary, lawyers heard that Vankov doesn't wish to participate in the struggle for the return of stolen property and is ready to sell the company, from which everything was already stolen.
Due to the fact that challenging illegal transactions on behalf of the affected companies seemed to be the only possibility to the lawyers to restore the violated rights, it was decided to repurchase them from Vankov.
Then almost two years of endless courts, rabid costs and fierce opposition from both sides; lawyers, hired by raiders, and the official investigation, which was always moving at the same time with the invaders, and as a result we have almost completely restored corporate control of the 18 commercial real estate.
These successes of the lawyers couldn't not to enrage an investigation, which at that time did not take the investigation of Mineev murder, they have advanced a little over 2 years in it, but attempts to destroy the business, that only began to rise from his knees, once again.
During those 2 years, while there was a procedure for recovery of corporate control, property owners suffered huge losses. Taxes accrued on the property and the land, grew penalties and fines on old debts that also were a lot, all the tenants fled without paying, the state raised the cadastral value of the property several times, as the result, tax burden on owners greatly increased and there were no chances to attract new tenants, due to the absence of legitimate government, the court costs were estimated in huge sums, the investigation was committing a hostile acts every now and then, armed men were constantly trying to force seize a physical control of objects.
However, in these circumstances, it managed to keep the control of the property and to win all the courts, fully protecting the rights of legitimate owners of the property, violated by raiders.
At the moment, when there is no doubts about the perpetrators of these crimes, and who have not suffered any punishment for it to date, investigation, completely discredited itself and tainted its honor with the links with the Podolsk organized crime groups, whose members were behind a string of crimes, as a gesture of despair is trying to take another illegal and unjustified power seizure of real estate properties.
Under the direction of the investigator Antonov, police employers, misled by him, received from him instructions to conduct a pseudo investigation actions, are planning the illegal invasion in shopping centers for a complete blocking of their activity as the official reason, and as an informal for launch, "under the guise of" militants from Podolsk OPG, 300 active members of which, under the leadership of the authority of "Kostya Hodik" set in the international hotel and are waiting for the command for an armed approach.
